I just wanted you to not miss my blog post cause some people has actually wondered why I wouldn't look at Atlas - and instead use JQuery. The blog post explains it all - and also it explains the fact that now I AM gonna investigate Ajax for ASP.NET (i.e atlas) . and I have already started by posting some samples, for example creating a live.com image search like clone.
I am indeed very interested in AJAX for ASP.NET - now I have absolutely nothing against it - I did and that was mainly because it was not ready - not released. There are some things I don't like about it - but in short I think I am starting to like the serverside/clientside integration which I also was kind of against before. I have tried to do some regular "formsbased" applications with a lot of input forms, validation etc instead of simple show-the-pages-as-fast-and-good-looking-as-possible pages. And the serverside integration is indeed pretty handy.
Anyway - this means that I will publish a lot of code here soon - as usual I take no responsibility for doing everything the "correct way" but rather hope for good comments and ideas from you visitors!
